The fact that Defendant B issued the Promissory Notes 1) around July 2010, Defendant B issued four copies of the Promissory Notes (each due date of the Promissory Notes in the above Chapter four is September 5, 2010, 200; November 5, 2010; December 5, 2010; 200,00 won at face value, 3,00,000 won at face value, and 3,00,000 won at face value, and 3,00,00 won at face value, 3,375,000 won at face value, payment place I, and September 30, 2010; and B as the issuer B.

B) On November 23, 2010, Defendant B submitted to the Plaintiff a promissory note 1, H on March 31, 201, the payee JJ, the due date of payment, H, the place of payment, H, the issuer I, the issuer I, a promissory note 1, a blank note 2,700,000, the due date of payment, and the payee J, the payment date of April 30, 201, H, the payment place H, the Gyeonggi G, the issuer I, and B, the issuer I, and the issuer B, each of the above parts of the promissory note 1, 2,70,00, face value 2,70,000, and 30,0000 won, each of the above parts of the promissory note 1, 30,000,000 won were issued and delivered to the Plaintiff respectively.

2) Defendant F’s issuance of the Promissory Notes (endorsed Defendant B’s endorsement of the Promissory Notes) indicated on June 4, 2010 by Defendant F as three promissory notes, each of which is indicated as the issue date, addressee blank, face value, 5,000,000 won, K at the place of payment, and issuer F (each of the payment dates, September 30, 2010; October 30, 2010; November 30, 2010; and November 30, 2010.
