A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant and C shared the role of a person who runs the business of exchanging game money in the trade name of “E” with 11 computers set up in 103 641 and 641 of the building D, Yongsan-gu, Manyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, and the Defendant shared the role of exchanging game money at night, and C shared the role of exchanging game money at night.

In addition, the Defendant in collusion with C, from March 5, 2012 to July 16, 1300, received a total of KRW 1,188,901,87 on a 15,131 occasions, and transferred the corresponding amount of the game money, etc., in collusion with C, and carried out the exchange of tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of the game by selling approximately KRW 1,000,000 won in cash.
