Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant A shall not engage in a business of exchanging or arranging exchange or repurchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game products;

In connection with the Korea Game which is an Internet game site, the Defendant recruited a person who wants to exchange and a person who wants to purchase a game money in cash, purchased approximately KRW 10,000 per cash 110,000 won for the purchase of the game money, and sold approximately KRW 120,000 per cash 120,000 won for the sale of the game money, and intended to do the money exchange business of the game money.
