Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. No one shall engage in business of exchanging or arranging exchange or repurchase tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game products;

The Defendant is a person who operates a game money exchange business with the trade name "C" in 506 of the amended B building in Sungnam-si.

The Defendant, at the above location, installed 14 computers and monitors. On the face of contact that the Defendant wishes to sell or resell the game money (tentatively named “al” or “alone”) from the customers using Korea Game, the Defendant opened a specific game room within Korea Game and induced the customers to such place, and transferred or transferred the game money unilaterally by using the game with the customers, and according to the daily fixed price of the game money every day through the Internet site called “D” where only the operators of money exchange establishments can use, the Defendant sold the game money to the customers at KRW 1.3 billion (on July 27, 2012). The Defendant, from around November 14, 2011, sold the game money to the customers at KRW 1.20 million (on July 27, 2012, the amount of KRW 120,000 to acquire the difference in the transactions of money exchange, the Defendant operated the said game money exchange business from around 10,201 to December 26, 2011.

2. No one shall engage in business of exchanging or arranging exchange or repurchase tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game products;

The Defendant operates game money exchange businesses, such as the entry in paragraph (1), and E lends operating funds of KRW 70 million to the said money exchange businesses, and thereafter works for at least 3-4 times a week from April 17, 2012.

The defendant and E shall establish the main body and monitoring 14 computers in the above place, and shall be notified by the customers using the Korea Game.
