Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 15:00 on May 14, 2014, the Defendant appeared and taken an oath as a witness of the Defendant’s embezzlement case in Busan District Court 304, Busan District Court dong Branch 304, Busan District Court 2013Kadan3149, the Defendant appeared and taken an oath, and the witness testified to the Defendant that “I would like to purchase the present vehicle for about five to six days after he borrowed the present vehicle from the Defendant, so I would like to have the Defendant be able to think that I would be asked about whether I would sell this vehicle, and I would like to ask the Defendant that I would be asked about whether I would be the original owner, and I would like to ask him about this vehicle. However, as the latter was detained, I would not know the location of the vehicle, and I would like to ask the Defendant that “I would like to use the witness's phone number for questioning,” and I would like to have called “I would like to use the Defendant's testimony for the purpose of this case’s testimony.”

However, in fact, the Defendant asked B, with the intention to purchase the instant vehicle, whether he/she has sold the vehicle, and did not have any fact to leave the vehicle to the middle and high vehicle business operator in order to identify the condition of the said vehicle, and was supplied the said vehicle as security upon obtaining permission from B by paying money, while lending the vehicle from B.

Accordingly, the defendant made a false statement contrary to his memory and raised perjury.
