A Imprisonment with labor of one year and six months, Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor of six months, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 11, 2012, Defendant A (criminal record) was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for one year and six months in imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. in the Gyeyang Branch of the Suwon District Court.

【Criminal Facts】

A. From April 2013, the Defendant has been engaged in the transportation of materials supplied by customers while working as an employee in the Victim G Co., Ltd. located in Ansan City F from around April 2013.

On February 5, 2015, the Defendant received several copies from “I”, which is a customer of the victim company H in Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, and sold three copies of 1,568,160 won of the market price to the above C at KRW 810,00,000, when it was in the course of performing its business and kept in custody for the victim company.

In addition, from February 5, 2015 to April 7, 2015, the Defendant arbitrarily sold a total of 14,636,160 won of the market price of the victim company, which was kept in the same business by the same method six times in total as shown in attached Table 1, to the seller of scrap metal, such as C, B, etc.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzleds the property of the victim who has been kept in business.

B. From March 3, 2015 to April 15, 2015, the Defendant habitually stolen: (a) around 09:57 on March 3, 2015, up to KRW 2,090,880 of the market price of the victim company located there was a total of KRW 2,090,880 which was owned by the victim company at the loading and unloading site of the said victim company G, and (b) up to September 3, 2015, the Defendant carried four parts of the Lelel, which were located in the victim company, with the same method nine times in total, as shown in attached Table 2 of the Crimes List 2, and carried 64,391,840, a total of the market price of the victim company owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the victim's property.

2. Defendant B is the trade name of “M” in Western-gu L, Seoan-gu.
