Punishment of the crime

The defendant was operated by the victim C in the middle of the racing on November 2013, 2013.

D The victim took a single string machine with a large amount of KRW 20 million in a factory.

While the Defendant kept a female string for the victim, on May 2014, the Defendant received 3.2 million won from a name-free scrap metal dealer at a “F” plant operated by the Defendant in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-si, Ulsan-si, and sold the female string machine.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the victim's property.
