A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
Each item seized (No. 1) shall be confiscated.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
After approximately ten years ago, the Defendant had been living with wife C without a fixed workplace or import, and caused this to drink and drink his wife. However, if the Defendant drinks alcohol, he was frequently disputed with other neighbors who did not engage in appraisal adjustment, and committed the following crimes.
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;
A. On January 1, 2009, at around 23:00, the Defendant threatened the victim E (VF) of Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul at around 401, with a view to a retaliation against the victim’s provision of investigation orders related to the instant case, the Defendant: (a) confirmed that the victim is married; (b) confirmed that the victim was married; (c) reported the victim’s disease to her at around January 18, 2009; and (d) threatened the victim with the victim’s death, (d) declared that the victim was dead; and (e) threatened him/her with the victim’s death; and (e) threatened him/her with the victim’s death.
B. At around 20:00 on February 2, 200, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol for the purpose of retaliation as in front of the victim E’s house, threatened the victim, such as: (a) breath of the kitchen 401, and then, (b) breath of the kitchen knife, with the intent of retaliation as in front of the victim E’s house; (c) breath of the kitchen knife, “I wish to die, I would like to die, I would like to die, I would like to die,” and (d) threatening the victim, while having avoided the disturbance, E would be “I would like to die, I would like to die, I would like to die.”
2. On February 2009, the Defendant, in violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective action, deadly weapons, etc.) discovered that the victim F (the age of 39) in front of the Defendant’s head office around 20:00 on the date of the lower order, was under contact with the female-friendly Gu E to the effect that the victim F (the age of 39) is threatening to the effect that the male male in the next house gets knife and die.”
