Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is an employee who receives KRW 70,000 per day from C and D, a vocational owner who operates an illegal speculative game room in the warehouse B, Changwon-si, Changwon-si.

No one shall provide game products not rated by the Game Rating Board for distribution or use, or exchange or arrange exchange or repurchase the intangible results obtained from the use of the game products for business purposes.

Nevertheless, C and D shall act in collusion from July 9, 2013 to the same year.

7. 10. 21:35경까지 위 불법 사행성게임장 내에서, 등급분류를 받지 아니한 불법사행성 게임물인 '야마토' 게임기 40대를 설치한 후, 게임장 손님을 이동시키기 위해 미리 준비한 E 로체차량(일명 ‘깜깜이’)을 이용하여 창원시 마산합포구 F에 있는 'G 주차장'에서부터 손님을 태워 위 게임장까지 데려와 위 '야마토' 게임물을 이용에 제공하고, 손님들이 게임 중 획득한 점수에 대해 환전을 요구하면 수수료 10%를 공제한 후 현금으로 환전해 주는 등 환전을 업으로 하였다.

During the above period, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 70,00 per day in operating an illegal game site as above by the said C, etc.; and (b) assisted and abetted the illegal game site business of the said C, etc. by facilitating the commission of the crime, such as coffee and tobacco to many unspecified customers who found the said game site.
