A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives B cargo vehicles.

On December 20, 2012, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicles around 20:15, and the Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yongsan-do 5, along the two-lanes of the road in the direction of the mountain basin in the direction of the ice basin. As above, the Defendant driven a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and drugs, and caused a traffic accident while driving a vehicle due to alcohol and drugs, thereby causing injury to the victims.
