A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
On January 25, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1.5 million from the Suwon District Court to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act, and on November 3, 2008, a summary order of KRW 3 million was issued from the Sungwon District Court's Sungnam branch to a fine of KRW 3 million for the same crime.
피고인은 C K7 승용차의 운전 업무에 종사하는 사람으로, 2012. 7. 15. 13:50경 혈중알코올농도 0.153%의 술에 취한 상태로 천안시 서북구 두정동에 있는 상호를 알 수 없는 원룸 앞 도로에서부터 위 승용차를 운전하여, 같은 구 성정동에 있는 남당리 횟집 앞에 이르러 편도 3차로 중 1차로를 뱅뱅사거리 방면에서 쌍용동 방면으로 시속 약 50km 로 진행하게 되었다.
