A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 18, 2016, around 09:15, the Defendant driven a driver’s license on the front side of the main apartment located in Seocheon-dong 3-11, Seocheon-dong 26-10, from around five kilometers to the front side of the SG life safety in Dong-dong 26-10, without obtaining a driver’s license.
