A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 19, 2016, the Defendant driven B Poter Cargo without obtaining a driver's license from approximately 4km to the frontway of the 2735-6, as from the 3rd-down path of the 1981 B B B, which had been in front of the 2735-6, as it was in front of the 2735-6 Go-dong.
