A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 27, 2016, at around 17:20, the Defendant driven a wing-in freight vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from around 5 kilometers from the front of the modern apartment road located in Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do to the front of the high-speed Myeon office located in the same city in the same city.
