A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 7, 2013, at around 02:14, the Defendant driven a Bone Star Cornex without a driver's license, while under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.154% from the 300-meter section of the same 300-meter radius from the king Scenic cafeteria parking lot located in the Dongdong-gu, Busan to the front of the same Maduk-2 tunnels.
