Punishment of the crime

On May 15, 2014, at around 00:55, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.238% of blood alcohol concentration, driven a Grand Cross on the front side of the main place where it is impossible to identify the trade name located in the Busan Eastdong-dong, from around 3km to the front side of the Manduk-2 tunnel located in the Busan Eastdong-gu hot spring dong-dong.
