A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On July 13, 2012, the Defendant sentenced the Incheon District Court to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Gwangju Prison on August 17, 2013.

On January 23, 2014, at around 03:59, the Defendant: (a) went into the front of the victim D's house of Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City apartment C, 306 Dong 405, and went into the front of the victim D's house of Yeonsu-gu, Incheon; and (b) went into the front of the victim D's house of Yeonsu-gu, Incheon; (c) went into the front of the unrecied entrance door; and (d) cut off the cash of KRW 350,000 from the wall of the part of the small room gate.

"2015 Highest 4879"

1. On June 2015, the Defendant: (a) found the Victim F’s market value of Samsungphone 100,000 won at the Yeonsu-gu Incheon apartment 102 roof, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon; (b) but did not take necessary measures, such as returning the victim, and (c) did so.

2. Night theft;

A. On May 13, 2015, the Defendant discovered that there was a door door from around 03:0 to around the residence of the victim G in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon at around 105:5 Dong 517 on May 13, 2015, and intruded into the door, and owned by the victim, at least one game machine (PSVIT) with a smaller scale of 200,000 won (PSP), one game machine (PSP) with a market price of 170,000 won equivalent to 30,000,000,000 won (the opening amounting to 55,000 won) at the market price of 90,000 won (the total amounting to 45,00 won per unit), two program products certification expenses for the program, 466,000 won at the market price of 46,000 won, and 806,000 won.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence at night and stolen the property.

B. On July 22, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 04:00 on July 22, 2015, the Defendant opened a door door and intruded into the door door, which had not been diving in front of the residence of the victim I of Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon; and (b) was set up at the entrance of the small bank.
