1. Night-time theft of buildings;

A. From around 01:50 on August 22, 2019 to around 02:37 of the same day, the Defendant opened an unlocked door in front of the “D” dance institute for the victim’s 1st floor underground floor of the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Building B, and intruded into the door, and owned by the Defendant at least KRW 530,000,000 in the market price of the 150,000 (Dibe) radio cleaning machine, 6 USB 25,000 (150,000), 25,000 in the market price, 150,000 won in the market price, and 30,000 won in the market price.

B. The Defendant: (a) from around 04:30 on August 2, 2019 to around 08:30 on the same day, opened an open door and intruded into “Gballing site” located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul operated by E; and (b) opened up to 1,00,000 won of the market price owned by the victim H; (c) 2,00,000 won of the market price owned by the said victim I (4,00 won); (d) 3,00,000 won of the market price (9: KRW 1,00,000,000,000,000,000 won; (d) 5,000,000 won of the Samsung GG mobile phones; (e) 1,50,000,000 won of the market price; and (e) 2,1,000,00 won of the average market price of the victim, respectively.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen property by impairing another person's structure at night through two times.

2. The Defendant who attempted to commit fraud is at the “M” convenience store located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L on August 2, 2019, and at the 1-B to purchase tobacco.

Modern Card under K's name, which was recorded in the port and stolen, is regarded as the defendant's legitimate right of use.
