1. The underlying facts of the instant case are based on the NAEex Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “A”) and the EP system (hereinafter “B”) enter into a contract for the new purchase of X100PNL INR & W/ HS COMINE LINE JG as follows:

The contract No. 2 of the instant case entered into a purchase contract for the installation of X100 Q&T LINE LINE LOBG BaDD (hereinafter “B”) and the PS system (hereinafter “B”) as follows.
