1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant is a holding company of D Co., Ltd., which is known as “C”, as “C”.

The defendant promoted the establishment of capital company for smooth financing.

The Defendant (hereinafter referred to as “A”) and the Plaintiff (hereinafter referred to as “B”) shall exclude the application of the Labor Standards Act and other labor-related Acts, and conclude this contract in accordance with the delegation provisions under Article 680 of the Civil Act.

Article 1 (Duty of Grievance) B is the highest person in charge of the management of the company and the performance of its duties, and performs his/her duties in accordance with the personnel management regulations, etc. for executive officers, and shall faithfully implement the policies determined by the board of directors of A.

Article 2 (Duties and Duties) (1) The duties of Eul shall be the representative director of the stock company E (hereinafter referred to as the “instant Capital Company”), the duties of Eul shall be overall control over the corporate capital management, and the detailed scope of duties shall be determined in consultation with the company.

Article 3 (Term of Contract) (1) The term of contract for commission shall be from August 4, 2014 to August 3, 2015.

(2) On the expiration of the above contract term, A and B shall terminate automatically.

(4) Even during the period of the contract as referred to in the preceding paragraph, where any cause prescribed in Article 20 (Removal) of the Regulations on Appointment and Treatment of Officers occurs, this contract shall be deemed terminated upon termination.

Article 4 (Remuneration) (1) The remuneration for the delegated affairs of Eul shall be KRW 114,00,000,000,000, and the amount shall be paid by means of account transfer on the 25th of each month

Article 5 (Commencement and Termination Time of Business) 1(The basic hours of business performance shall be from 10:0 to 19:00 on the average day, and the discretionary service of B shall be allowed in consideration of the characteristics of the business division, by dividing the total annual salary determined according to the position and class of an executive officer pursuant to Article 8 into 1/13 of the Regulations on the Appointment and Treatment of Executive Officers and paying a portion of the annual retirement pension once a month and paying a portion of the annual retirement pension once a year has passed.
