A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around May 7, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras, Use and Screening of Cameras) taken pictures of the victim using his mobile phone cameras for 15 times, while having sexual intercourse with the victim whose name is unknown with the victim within the Defendant’s residence located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building C, and during having sexual intercourse with the victim, the victim refers to “the victim why is early?” and his/her face with his/her hand, and taken pictures of the victim’s sexual relationship with the victim twice.

Accordingly, the Defendant taken the body of the victim who may cause sexual humiliation or shame against his will, as well as taken the body of the victim against his will from around that time to April 14, 2019. The Defendant taken the body of the victims who could cause sexual humiliation or humiliation over 55 times in total, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (obscenity using communications media);

A. A. On April 18, 2019, the Defendant: (a) taken his or her sexual organ using a cell phone at a place where it cannot be known at around 20:55 on April 18, 2019; (b) sent the victim D using the Kakao message.

As a result, the Defendant sent to the other party images that may cause sexual humiliation or aversion through communications media with a view to inducing or satisfying his or another person's sexual desire.

B. Around May 1, 2019, the Defendant, at around 18:33 and around 18:46 on May 1, 2019, taken his or her sexual organ using a cell phone at a place where it cannot be known, and transmitted the victim D (man, pseudonym) a total of twice via the Kakao Stockholm message.

As a result, the Defendant sent to the other party images that may cause sexual humiliation or aversion through communications media with a view to inducing or satisfying his or another person's sexual desire.
