1. Case summary and facts of recognition

A. The case summary 1) The Plaintiff was an insurer that entered into automobile insurance with respect to vehicles Nos. 1 through 7 of the above list as shown in the separate sheet as shown in the separate sheet. On October 5, 2016, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendants on the ground that: (a) the Defendant’s subrogation against the Defendants, on the ground that there was a defect in the installation and management of public structures and a violation of the duty under the Countermeasures against Natural Disasters Act, which occurred from the storm 18, 2016; (b) the flood damage of vehicles Nos. 1 through 6 of the same list parked in the parking lot of Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun (hereinafter “instant apartment”) (hereinafter “the damaged site”); and (c) the flood damage of vehicles Nos. 7 of the same list running in the Ebridge (hereinafter “the instant lower road”) near the Chungcheongnam-gun, Ulsan-gun, Seoul-gun, and the Minister of Environment was entrusted by the Corporation and the Minister of Environment to manage and operate the Defendant’s river facilities and the Seoul Metropolitan City (hereinafter “Defendant-gun”).
