Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant is willing to purchase a penphone with I, and the Defendant is willing to purchase a penphone;

Around 01:00 on August 27, 2014, the Defendant’s vehicle parked near a bus terminal located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Busan-do, is required to transfer KRW 400,000,000 from I to the account used by J in advance, and in return, to receive approximately 0.4 g of psychotropic drugs, which are psychotropic drugs in plastic bags, in the form of J (hereinafter referred to as “one-time penphone”);

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with I to sell and receive psychotropic drugs.
