The first instance judgment is revoked. In the first instance judgment, the Defendant’s disposition that rendered against the Plaintiff on December 7, 2015 is revoked. In the first instance judgment, the Defendant’s disposition that was rendered against the Plaintiff on December 7, 2015 is revoked (in principle, the Defendant’s claim for revocation of the said disposition is in a primary and preliminary relationship, and the Plaintiff clearly divided it in the first instance trial).

Therefore, the plaintiff's primary claim and conjunctive claim in this case are all dismissed as they are without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance which dismissed the plaintiff's claim is eventually justified, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
