Punishment of the crime

On December 3, 2014, around 14:51, 2014, the Defendant, on the grounds that the local tax and administrative fine for the vehicle C Ecoos operated by the Defendant was delinquent, was kept in custody at the old and present tax office and the staff of the Defendant. The Defendant, upon removing the registration number plate of another vehicle, was to be operated by attaching it to the above Ecoos vehicle.

1. On December 9, 2014, around 22:00, the Defendant removed a registration license plate in front of the FTF car owned by the victim E, who was parked in D on the front of the Gu-U.S. Si road, and at around 23:30 following the day, the Defendant removed the registration license plate from it.
