A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of eight months and a fine of nine hundred thousand won.

However, the above imprisonment for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act;

A. A. On July 30, 2020, the Defendant committed the crime at around 08:49 on July 30, 2020 to 09:13, the Defendant was unable to avoid any disturbance, such as following the following: (a) the Defendant: (b) the C Administrative Welfare Center located in the Chang-si Mucompo-gu B from around 08:0 on July 30, 2020; (c) the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, she talks with “Apatch, hand-site, public officials, she is free from her face, immediately she is free from her face, and she is free from the disturbance; (d) the Defendant continued to visit the said Welfare Center at around 11:29 on the same day; and (e) the Defendant committed the noise by the aforesaid means until 13:00, a police officer dispatched

B. Around September 4, 2020, the Defendant committed the crime committed at around 09:08, around September 4, 2020, caused disturbance, such as that he found the Defendant under the influence of alcohol at the above C Administrative Welfare Center, and she saw the public officials working therefor “hing equally,” and she committed noise, such as “nicked, hinged, cut, and hinged, parked in a parking space for persons with disabilities in the administrative welfare center parking lot.”

C. On September 6, 2020, the Defendant committed the crime at around 13:35 to 13:55 on September 6, 2020, at the E box located in Changwon-si D, which had been issued a request for a summary judgment due to a false report, and subsequently committed the disturbance, such as “a prison term is three years of imprisonment,” the police officers working there was no reason to be drunkly under the influence of alcohol. The Defendant committed the crime at the police box at the Changwon-si: (a) the Defendant did not sound the bit of a bit of a bitch; (b) the bit of a bitch; (c) the bit of a bitch; (d) the bit of a bit of a bitch; (d) the son; (e) the son; (e) the son; (e) the son; and (e) the bit of a bitch of a bitch.”

Around September 7, 2020, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol at the above C Administrative Welfare Center from around 13:53 to 13:55 on September 7, 2020, and the Defendant committed noise from around 14:00 on the same day to around 14:0 on September 7, 202, for public officials working there at the above C Administrative Welfare Center, and committed noise as “I am, I am under the influence of alcohol, I am under the influence of alcohol, I am under the influence of alcohol, and I am under the influence of alcohol.”
