A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 06:40 on June 4, 2014, the Defendant committed a disturbance, such as passing the vote at the entrance of the third polling station in the Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, which was established at the management office of 114 Hyundai Apartment-ro, Yangyang-si, Yangyang-si, Yangsan-si.

Accordingly, the Defendant, who received 112 reports, demanded that “I will interfere with voting at a polling station, and turn to another place,” from E during the patrol team leader of the Gyeongyangsan Police Station, who called “I am Da, I am al, I am al, I am am al, I am al, I am al, I am al, I am al, I am al., I am am.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the maintenance of order in election.

2. On June 4, 2014, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender on the grounds specified in the preceding paragraph and brought in the police box at the Gyeongnamsan Police Station C, and continued to serve there, even after being taken in the police box at around 07:22, the Defendant avoided the disturbance of the police officers, such as “I Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y YY Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y, but I Y Y Y Y Y Y

Accordingly, the Defendant, who was demanded from E (54) the police box, who was the victim, to “I tell the horses without permission, and I am for it. I am at one time on the left side of the victim’s hand.”

As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers, and at the same time, the victim suffered an injury to the left-hand high-frequency medical care that requires approximately three weeks of medical treatment.
