Reasons
Punishment of the crime
① On December 13, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a maximum term of six months, short term of four months, with prison labor for larceny, etc. at night, in the Jeonju District Court, on March 16, 2017, with prison labor for a maximum of one year and two months, short term of ten months, with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court Kimcheon on December 6, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence on November 25, 2018.
The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment three or more times with prison labor for the same larceny crime, and committed the larceny again within three years after the execution of the sentence is completed as follows:

1. A. B. On April 1, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 18:25 on April 1, 2019; (b) M M’s Ninna whose door is not locked at the Taejin-gu L apartment parking lot in Jeonjin-gu, Seoul.
