Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant K is a person who collects and transports livestock waste in the trade name of “X” in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Incheon.

A person who intends to engage in the business of collecting and transporting wastes as above shall obtain permission for business from the Mayor/Do Governor.

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated his business from March 3, 2009 to September 2015 without permission for business.

2. The Defendant L is a person who collects and transports livestock wastes without a place of business.

A person who intends to engage in the business of collecting and transporting wastes as above shall obtain permission for business from the Mayor/Do Governor.

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated his business from May 28, 2014 to September 1, 2015 without permission for business.

3. Defendant M is a person who collects and transports livestock wastes without a place of business.

A person who intends to engage in the business of collecting and transporting wastes as above shall obtain permission for business from the Mayor/Do Governor.

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated his business from July 2010 to September 2015 without permission for business.

4. Defendant N is a person who collects and transports livestock wastes without a place of business.

A person who intends to engage in the business of collecting and transporting wastes as above shall obtain permission for business from the Mayor/Do Governor.

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated his business from the end of May 2015 to the beginning of September 2015 without permission for business.

5. Defendant O is a person who collects and transports livestock wastes without a place of business.

A person who intends to engage in the business of collecting and transporting wastes as above shall obtain permission for business from the Mayor/Do Governor.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without permission to conduct business, operated the business from the mid-2014 to the first police officer on September 2015.

6. Defendant F is a person who collects and transports livestock waste under the trade name “Z” in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu.

As above, the business of collecting and transporting wastes is intended.
