Defendant A is a waste broker, Defendant B is a cargo driver, Defendant C is a cargo driver, and Defendants are those who have not obtained permission for waste disposal business necessary for the transportation and disposal of wastes from the Minister of Environment or the Mayor/Do Governor, etc.

Defendant

A has the Defendant B publish a public notice of recruitment of articles to transport wastes according to the above public offering.
