The Defendant without permission, using mixed waste 1,894 tons, waste timber 51 tons, waste 51 tons, waste 141 tons, and waste 18 tons per day.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with C, discarded waste in a place other than a place or facility prepared by the competent authorities for the collection of waste, and carried out an unauthorized waste disposal business.

The Defendant dumped 83 tons of mixed waste, waste synthetic fibres 36 tons of waste, and waste stimule 2 tons of waste, by transporting waste by using a vehicle with five tons.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with C and G, discarded waste in a place other than a place or facility prepared by the competent authorities for the collection of waste, and operated an unauthorized waste disposal business.
