A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On May 10, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months and three years of suspended execution due to the injury resulting from a special obstruction of performance of official duties by the Jeju District Court. On July 18, 2012, the appeal was dismissed by the Jeju High Court’s Jeju High Court, and on October 25, 2012, the appeal was dismissed by the Supreme Court and its judgment became final and conclusive.
