Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

around 13:35 on June 8, 2012, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the operation of the instant truck between approximately 1-2 minutes by blocking the truck from the front of the defect in order to construct the Jeju-gun Complex Tourist Port on the bridge in Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, to enter a construction site; and (b) interfered with the operation of the instant truck between approximately 1-2 minutes by cutting the body under the direction of the truck and cutting the body.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the construction work of the large forest industry corporation, which is a construction contractor, by force.

1. On July 14, 2012, around 11:12, 2012, the Defendant: (a) completed a concrete string, etc. in front of the Sinpo-Gun Complex Tourism Project Association in Seopo-si, Seopo-si; and (b) sought to leave the construction site, and (c) obstructed the operation of vehicles by holding the vehicle in front of the construction site along with T, U, V, W,O, J, N, L, L, etc., along with the road in front of the said project site; and (d) on the same time, the new parts in the name of the said project owner, who are under joint force, are the contractor of the said construction project by jointly force by preventing the operation of ready-mixed vehicles that intend to leave the construction site by 12:27 the same day.
