1. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, the part against the defendant in excess of the amount ordered to be paid below shall be cancelled.

1. The purpose of this contract is to provide for the basic matters regarding the entrustment contract between the Defendant and the Plaintiff, which the Defendant entrusted the Plaintiff with the establishment of a project plan to create a hub unit complex for the aviation and electronic industry linking industry, and the Plaintiff performed by the Plaintiff.

Article 2 (Contents of Services) (1) Services entrusted by the Defendant to the Plaintiff under the terms of this Agreement shall be as follows:

Details of the establishment and entrustment of a project plan to create a hub complex for linking the entrusted service-based aviation industry;

1. Project to develop commercial unmanned aircraft technology;

2. Projects to foster the global enterprises of unmanned aircraft;

3. Projects to develop technology transfer for Aeronautical acids;

4. Article 3 (Supply of Services Results) (1) The Plaintiff shall supply the service results to the designated place on the designated date as stipulated in the contract, within the period stipulated in the contract, within the period stipulated in the contract, the service results to be supplied to the designated place on July 28, 2014.

(3) In the event of a situation that cannot be supplied to a designated delivery date or a designated place, the Plaintiff shall immediately notify the Defendant of such fact and require him to comply with the Defendant’s instructions.

Article 4 (Inspection) The defendant shall conduct an inspection of services immediately after delivery by the plaintiff in accordance with the specifications, method of inspection and standards stipulated in the contract.

Article 6 (Payment of Price) (1) The defendant shall pay the plaintiff's service cost in two installments.

One time shall be paid 5,00,000 won within two weeks from the date of commencement, and the two times shall be paid in cash for the remaining amount of 5,000,000 won within two weeks from the date of delivery of the service result.

Article 12 (Modification of Terms and Conditions of Contracts) When the defendant and the plaintiff need to modify the terms and conditions of the contract, they may modify the terms and conditions of the contract after notifying them in writing.
