1. The Defendant amounting to KRW 110,00,000 for the Plaintiff and KRW 6% per annum from June 2, 2013 to November 12, 2015.

1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff is a company with the objective of real estate consulting business, and the defendant is a company engaged in construction and engineering work.

B. On May 9, 2013, the Plaintiff drafted a contract from the Defendant to accept PM management and implementation agency services in relation to the project for constructing a new apartment unit in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun (hereinafter “instant project”), which is being promoted on the ground of the 22,603m2 of the building site in the upper Nam-si, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-do (hereinafter “instant land”). The main contents of the contract are as follows: (a) the Plaintiff drafted a contract to accept the instant project for constructing a new apartment unit (hereinafter “instant project”); and (b) the main contents of the contract are as follows.

Article 4 (Service Period) (1) The service period shall be from the date of the contract to the date of completion.

(2) The plaintiff shall make every effort to ensure the successful completion of the project within the service period.

Article 5 (Scope of Services) The scope of the services the defendant has to conduct on behalf of the plaintiff shall be as follows:
