Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a member of the Korean Metal Trade Union.

On January 30, 2013, around 15:58, the Defendant gathered to participate in the “The Democratic Labor Competition Resolution” organized by the Federation of the National Democratic Labor Union Federation of Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and opened a two-lanes from the place where the assembly is reported by using approximately 1,30 the participants of the above assembly, along with two-lanes from the place where the conference is reported by the two-lanes of the conference, while moving into a two-lanes of the south Roster and the Seoul Station and going into the chamber of commerce and industry of Korea, which are the place where the assembly is reported. On the same day at around 17:00, the Defendant moved into a four-lane road of the old Samsung Do 5 lanes of the main Samsung Trop, which is not the place where the assembly is reported, and moved into a four-lane road of the old Samsung Do 17:47 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
