A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Seized evidence 1 and 2 shall be confiscated, respectively.

The defendant shall be an applicant for compensation.

Punishment of the crime

Around March 2020, the Defendant: (a) received a proposal from the singishing staff member on his name, who became aware of the job-seeking log through the singishing log, stating, “The Defendant will receive cash by moving to a designated place; and (b) shall be paid in accordance with the face amount of deposits without passbooks to the designated account; and (c) conspired with the Defendant to act as a so-called “passing” staff member of financial institutions under the direction of the singisher and receive money from the victims, and to act as a so-called “passing staff” member.

On April 6, 2020, at around 10:00, the name-free person misrepresented the victim C by telephone to the effect that “In order to obtain a new loan, the name-free person falsely made a false statement to the effect that “in order to obtain a new loan, the loan repayment shall be made in cash to the employee who sent the payment of the existing loan to another financial institution.”

However, in fact, the person who was not a financial institution employee and did not have the intent or ability to provide a loan to the victim.

At around 16:50 on the same day, the Defendant moved to the south-si, Asan Central Library 229,000,000 won in cash from the victim to the account designated by the winners of the name in cash, and then deposited the account without passbook from the victim to the account designated by the winners of the name in the name, at least 15,000,000 won from April 9, 2020, according to the orders of the winners of the name in distress, and deposited the account with the victim on a total of 11,40,1510,000 won in total from 10,000 won, and delivered the account without passbook to the victims of the name.

In this respect, the defendant, in collusion with the employees in charge of singing out the name, by deceiving the victims to acquire the property.
