A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence 1 or 2 shall be confiscated.

Sexual assault against the defendant for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On February 17, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for a violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (i.e., purchase of sex), and the sentence becomes final and conclusive on the 25th of the same month, and is currently under a suspended sentence.

1. On April 23, 2017, around 03:29, the Defendant: (a) reported the image of a sexual intercourse with the victim E and F in the state of body by using the windows gaps; and (b) taken the image of a sexual intercourse for about 13 minutes using the Hand camp (HDR-CX405) camccocos prepared in advance.

2. On April 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) reported on April 25, 2017, around 04:28, about 04:28, the appearance the victim H was off and off, and taken a video image for about four minutes using the above camping cocoin prepared in advance, using the window crepan.

3. On April 26, 2017, the Defendant, at around 02:56 around 02:56 around April 26, 2017, reported the appearance of a sexual intercourse with the victim E and F in her physical state by using the windows gaps at around 02:56 around April 26, 2017, and taken a video image for about 15 minutes using the aforesaid camping cocoin prepared in advance.

4. On April 26, 2017, the Defendant: (a) reported on April 26, 2017, around 16:35, 2017, the appearance of sexual intercourse in the state of victim H and I by using the windows gap in the 1 △△△△△△△△△△, Seo-gu, Gwangju, Seo-gu, Gwangju; and (b) taken a video image of the sexual intercourse for about one minute using the said camping cocoin prepared in advance.

5. On April 27, 2017, around 01:51, the Defendant, at around April 27, 2017, reported a female victim who was involved in telephone conversations at the front parking lot in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, about 01:51 on April 27, 2017, and took a video recording for about 1:40 seconds of the victim’s body part inside and outside of the camping cocoin.

6. On May 1, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime at around 04:40, and around May 1, 2017, at around 04:40, the Defendant prepared for the victim to show a shower in order for the victim to show a shower at around 206 in Gwangju-dongJ around May 1, 2017.
