1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of one year and four months;

2. Evidences 1 through 12, evidence 14, evidence 16, and evidence 16.

Punishment of the crime

On May 25, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to three years to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act (compacting) at the District Court for the Defendant’s District Court on May 25, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Red Prison on January 28, 2015, and is not a narcotics handler.

1. On December 29, 2015, the Defendant: (a) conspiredd with F to purchase Melops (hereinafter referred to as “philops”); (b) the Defendant sent phone to G to purchase Melops; (c) the Defendant decided to purchase Melops; (d) the Defendant 1 million won in cash as the purchase price of Melops; and (e) the Defendant prepared 1.2 million won in cash as the purchase price of Melops.

Around 01:00 on December 30, 2015, the Defendant and F moved F-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-S

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with F to purchase philophones.

2. On February 21, 2016, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.05g of philophones into a single-use injection machine and dilution them into a left part of philophones.

3. On February 24, 2016, at the parking lot of the Daegu-gu Building C, Daegu-gu, around 09:50, the Defendant possessed a phiphone in a manner in which four disposable injection equipment and two plastic bags in which the Defendant was holding are divided into about 8.72 grams, respectively.
