A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

1,373,500 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2016 Highest 875" is not a person handling narcotics.

1. The Defendant conspired with C to purchase Mephones (i.e., one philophone, hereinafter “philophones”), a local mental medicine, with C, and around December 30, 2015, C opened up KRW 1.5 million in cash with the purchase price of philophones, and the Defendant decided to purchase philophones from D on the same day.

On December 31, 2015, the Defendant remitted KRW 1,300,000 to D with the purchase price of phiphones. On the same day, around 18:00, the Defendant sought approximately 1g of philophones set up in D, and then divided approximately 0.15g of philophones to C, around 20:00, under the plastic drums in front of the F market located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, about 18:00 on the same day.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with C to purchase philophones.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On December 31, 2015, at around 20:00, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.03g of philophones into a single-use injection machine, dilution them with water, and administering philophones in a way that turbine is injected above the part.

B. On January 1, 2016, at around 11:00, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting the volume of phiphones into a single-use injection machine and dilution them with water.

On February 19, 2016, the Defendant administered philophones in a manner of drinking out approximately 0.03g of philophones at the Defendant’s house located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, in water.

3. On December 31, 2015, the Defendant issued philophones by way of sending approximately 0.3g of philophones to D from the M convenience store located in Daegu-gu L, Daegu-gu L to a selective distribution.

On November 30, 2015, the Defendant of the 2016 Highest 1464, the Defendant, on the 07:20 on the 07:20 roads on the 2nd Dong-dong, Seogu, Daegu to the 42-384 front road of the 42-384, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daegu, without obtaining a driver’s license.
