Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of two years and ten months.

Seized [2017 Highest 1923] Nos. 1 and 12, respectively, shall be from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On July 16, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Changwon District Court for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. on one year and four months, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Net Prison on July 29, 2016, and is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On March 26, 2017, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.07g of philophones into a single-use injection machine in Daegu hydro-gu H on March 26, 2017, and dilution them with bio-phones into a non-use injection machine, and administering philophones in a way of injecting them into the arms bloodline.

4. On March 27, 2017, the Defendant, holding a phiphone in a manner that contains approximately 36.12g philopon in the vicinity of K in Daegu-gu J on March 27, 2017 by inserting approximately 36.12g philopon into eight plastic bags, etc. and put them in a household room.

5. At around 15:50 on March 30, 2017, the Defendant, holding a philopon, in one’s own dwelling, carried a philopon by putting approximately approximately 113.14g of philopon into a newspaper, putting it into a bloper, putting it into a bloper, and placing it on the clothes.
