A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than four months and by a fine not exceeding 300,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine,

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 27, 2014, from around 21:00 to around 23:40 of the same day, the Defendant, along with C, D, E, and F, ambling three points by using 51 ambling 50 points in the house inside the house located in the G located in the Jeonnam-gun G from around 21:00 to around 23:40 of the same day. 2. 3. The Defendant: (a) forged private document; (b) at the time and place of the foregoing paragraph (2) above; (c) obtained a confirmation of arrest of flagrant offender; (d) voluntarily submitted the seized article; and (c) obtained a written waiver of ownership from the above security guards; (c) as if the court was the J; (d) stated the above J’s name in the said written confirmation, voluntary submission, and written waiver of ownership; and (e) submitted the forged certificate, written voluntary submission, and written waiver of ownership to the above I, who is aware of the forgery, as seen above, as if they were duly constituted.

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of exercising a certificate of fact, forged a letter of confirmation, a voluntary submission of the J name, and a written renunciation of ownership, and exercised a forged private document.

4. On July 28, 2014, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender of gambling around 06:49, and was investigated as a suspect at the strong team office of the Goungung Police Station, the above J’s name is stated in the statement column of the suspect interrogation protocol, and the Defendant stamped the Defendant’s unmanned on the side.
