A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 25, 2016, around 03:30, the Defendant: (a) opened a locked-gu D factory building located in Heungdong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; (b) invaded into the factory building; and (c) brought about a cut-out and cut-out, prepared in advance, approximately KRW 100,000,00 in the market price managed by the victim E, who was in the material storage, into the factory building; and (d) cut off, from that time until May 8, 2017, the Defendant cut off the old electric wires of approximately KRW 67,40,000,000, total market price managed by the victims over 14 times in total, as described in the list of crimes in the attached Form.

On May 8, 2017, at around 03:30, the Defendant: (a) thought that the victim H was parked on the roadside of the G extension factory located in Heung-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Cheongju-si, and that the commission of the crime, such as paragraph (1), will be recorded on the boom of the car; (b) caused damage to the 150,000 won of the repair cost by cutting off the boom of the car on several sides; and (c) caused the damage to the 150,000 won of the repair cost by cutting off the boom box of the 350,000 won at the market price owned by the victim.
