A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence Nos. 1 and 2 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On September 2015, the Defendant: (a) on September 2015, 2015, the first 22:00 Sinju-si, Dongdong-dong community service center of 26 half-ro, e.g., the Defendant: (b) opened and connected a lid of security, etc., of the owner of the land and the housing construction corporation; (c) cut off approximately 2.4 km of electric wires equivalent to KRW 12,00,000 at the market price; and (d) cut off the lid of the 2.4 km of electric wires in advance.

B. On March 2016, the Defendant, around 23:00 on the date of March 2016, 2016, 23:3:00, the Defendant: (a) cut off 300 meters from the underground electric wires of KRW 3,300,00 at the market price connecting the street, etc. installed between nine street lights, which are the ownership of land and housing construction, to the victims located near C; and (b) cut off the underground electric wires of KRW 3.3 million in advance; and (c) cut off them into a bank.

2. On March 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) went into a multi-household new building located in D at the construction site in one city of nuclear power, and entered into a crepan where the walls of the building are not installed by leaving the building after completing work and neglecting management; (b) 2,3, and 4 floors into each floor; (c) 1,800 meters away from the old electric wires installed on each floor; (d) 1,800 meters away from the pipes; and (e) putting them in a prepared cut room well in advance; and (e) from around that time until July 23, 2016, the Defendant stolen property of KRW 38,58,500 via nine times in total, as stated in the attached Table of Crimes, from around that time.
