A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
In accordance with Article 60-6 of the Military Criminal Act, the application of Article 260(3) and Article 283(3) of the Criminal Act concerning the crime of assault and intimidation in the following cases shall be excluded:
The defendant is a person who worked as a medical soldier in the main office under B's control, and the victim C, D, E, F, and G are those who worked in the same office as the defendant's successor at the time.
1. On January 2018, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force by force against the victim D, the soldier, etc. committed an indecent act by force on seven occasions in total as indicated in the list of crimes (attached Form 1) at the 18:00 to 20:00, at the Hayang Yangyang-gun’s Medical Center (H), the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim D (at the time of the suicide, 20 years of age), the victim D (at the time of the illness, 20 years of age) who is a soldier, and the victim E (at the time of the illness, 20 years of age) who is a soldier.

3.
