A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On October 1, 2007, the Defendant: (a) heard and introduced the horses to sell the instant real estate from E, the owner of the instant building (hereinafter “instant real estate”) and the size of 115.8 square meters of Chuncheon-si D site and its ground (hereinafter “instant real estate”); and (b) upon the request of E, delegated the sale of the instant real estate to C in KRW 380,000,000; (c) paid KRW 30,000,000 out of the purchase price to C in the name of real estate brokerage commission.”

Nevertheless, on October 31, 2013, the defendant testified to the effect that "I have received a power of representation at the office of E, and stated that "I have never prepared a letter of delegation from the seller on the witness's place and gave the defendant the right to refuse to testify at the court No. 103, Chuncheon District Court No. 284, the above court No. 2013Kadan550, and notified the defendant of the right to refuse to testify as a witness," and "I have stated that "I have the defendant receive a power of representation at the office of E, and he has not prepared a power of representation." On the examination of "I have prepared a letter of delegation on the witness's place and stated that "I have the defendant trade the same amount as KRW 380,000,00,000," and "I have already stated that "I have to give testimony to the defendant" to the effect that "I have to give testimony exceeding 300,000,000."
