The sentence against the accused shall be three million won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 20, 2018, the injured Defendant: (a) around 11:40 on April 20, 2018, at the victim C (the age of 55); (b) at the office operated by the victim D (the age of 48); and (c) at the “E factory” office operated by the victim D (the age of 48); (d) deposited the victim C’s buckbucks by paying the money borrowed to the father of the victims for 40 years; and (e) carried the victim C’s bucks by hand; (e) took one stop of the buckbucks of the victim C; and (e) took part in C’s body by cutting the victim D with his hand, and (e) took part in it several times, and (e) took part in C’s body tights that he was seated.

In the end, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim C, such as scambling, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment, and damaged the scambling and the scambling of which require approximately one week of treatment to the victim D and the scambling of which are unknown.

2. Violence;

가. 2018. 4. 24.경 범행 피고인은 2018. 4. 24. 11:00경 제1항 기재 장소에서 피해자들에게 “E공장 못할거다. 허가 취소될거다. 니들 경찰 좋아 하는데 경찰 오라고 해 개새끼야”라고 욕을 하면서 의자에 앉아있는 피해자 C의 멱살을 잡아 흔들고 이를 제지하던 피해자 D을 손으로 밀어 넘어뜨린 뒤 주먹과 발로 D의 몸을 수차례 때리고, 다시 오른 무릎으로 피해자 C의 엉덩이 부위를 2회 찼다.

B. On April 26, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 10:40 on April 26, 2018, around 2018, intended the victim C to “E factory” in front of the “E factory” as indicated in paragraph (1) to “I would not be an E plant if I would have to pay the said money and to have the money repaid”; (b) collected plastic containers at the same time to have the victim collected; and (c) collected plastic containers at the same time; and (d) collected the victim’s bucks by driving the victim.
