Punishment of the crime

이에 피고인은 피해자 E과 말다툼을 하다가 욕설을 하면서 피해자 E의 얼굴에 침을 뱉고, 피해자 E의 머리에 가슴 부위를 부딪히게 되자 피해자 E의 머리 부위를 피고인의 머리로 1회 밀치고, 피해자 E의 음낭 부위를 발로 2회 가량 걷어차고, 위 싸움을 제지하던 피해자 F의 음낭 부위를 발로 1회 걷어찼다.
