1. Defendant B, in collaboration with Defendant B, destroyed the property by harming the utility of the CCTV camera by harming the use of the CCTV camera by either tamping the direction of the chair or attaching a tape on September 16, 2010, on the following grounds: (a) around 09:10 on September 16, 2010, Defendant B entered a limited partnership L office located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Daejeon, Daejeon, in order to peruse documents related to civil procedure; and (b) did not meet the victim; (c) at the CCTV installed in the ceiling of the office but did not meet the victim; and (d) the CCTV installed in the office.

2.
