A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant purchased marijuana over a total of four occasions as follows, although no one purchases or sells marijuana.

A. On January 29, 2017, around 20:08, the Defendant transferred KRW 170,000 to a bitcoin account under the pretext of the purchase price for marijuana to D, etc. selling marijuana, and purchased it by means of bringing about about approximately 1g of marijuana, which the said D, etc. put in an electricity shorter for a house near Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E Station, around 22:00 on the same day.

B. On January 31, 2017, around 20:35, the Defendant transferred KRW 90,000 to the said D’s non-cocoin account under the name of the purchase price for marijuana, and purchased it by means of bringing about approximately 0.5g of marijuana, which the said D, etc. puts in an electricity shorter unit near Seongdong-gu Seoul E Station, around 22:00 on the same day.

On February 5, 2017, around 05:50, the Defendant transferred KRW 270,00 to the bitcoin account under the name of the purchase price for marijuana to the said D, etc., and purchased it by means of bringing about approximately 1g of marijuana, which the said D, etc. was put in an electricity shorter box near Seongdong-gu Seoul E Station, around 08:00 on the same day.

(d)

On February 6, 2017, around 00:09, the Defendant transferred KRW 120,000 to the bitcoin account under the name of the purchase price for marijuana to the above D, etc., and purchased it by means of bringing about approximately 1g of marijuana, which the above D, etc. was put in an electricity cuter box near the Seoul Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F Station, around 01:00 on the same day.

2. While no one smokes marijuana, the Defendant smokes marijuana over a total of eight occasions as follows:

A. On January 29, 2017, the Defendant: (a) 22:30 around C 1712; (b) putting in a tobacco dog with approximately 0.5g g of marijuana inside the dog, and smoked in a way that smokes by attaching the following fire:

B. On January 29, 2017, around C17, around 23:30, the Defendant puts tobacco dogs into the Republic of Korea with approximately 0.5g g of hemp.
